This policy explains what data the site vipcasinoua.org.ua processes. The document describes this resource only — not the operator's platform, which has its own rules and its own responsibility for player accounts.
What we do not collect
The site has no registration, no personal account, no contact forms and no subscription. We do not ask for a name, a phone number, an e-mail address, card details or documents. The public part of the resource is static pages of text: sending us personal data through them is technically impossible.
Technical server data
Like any site, the resource runs on a web server that keeps standard request logs: IP address, time of the request, page address, browser type. Those records are created by the hosting provider, they are needed to diagnose failures and to defend against attacks, they are kept for a limited time and they are not used to profile visitors. The site also works through a content delivery network, which processes requests on its side under its own policy.
Cookies and local storage
The public part of the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the flag that you dismissed the cookie notice: it sits in the browser's own local storage (localStorage), is never sent to the server and exists only so the banner does not appear every time. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.
The service part (the administration panel) uses a session cookie to authorise the editor. It is not set for a visitor to the site.
Analytics
As of the date of this version, no web analytics counter is connected to the site. If one is added, it will be a visit-counting tool without advertising targeting, and this section will be updated along with it.
Referrals to the operator's site
The buttons and links that lead to the operator's site are affiliate links and work through an internal redirect address. We keep no logs of those referrals. Service labels identifying the traffic source are appended to the affiliate link — they show the operator which site the visitor came from and contain no personal data.
The moment you land on the operator's site, his privacy policy and his data handling rules apply: registration, identity verification, payment information — all of that happens on his side and is not available to us.
Passing data to third parties
We do not sell and do not pass visitor data to third parties. The technical logs are available to the hosting provider and to the content delivery network operator as infrastructure suppliers — to the extent needed to keep the site running.
Your rights
Since we keep no visitor database, an ordinary request to access or delete data has no subject matter — we hold no records that could be linked to a particular person. If you believe otherwise, describe the situation: we will check the server logs and report the result. The rights of a personal data subject are set out in the Ukrainian law "On the protection of personal data".
Changes to the policy
The document is updated when the way the site works changes — for instance when a visit counter appears. The current version is always on this page. The general terms of use of the resource are described in the rules of this VIP Casino resource.
